Job Description: Home Health OASIS and Coding Customer Manager RN
The OASIS and Coding Customer Manager RN will serve as a Home Health Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of client engagement, ensuring optimal client satisfaction, and improving operational performance. Being based in the US is required but this is a full remote role!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Clinical Consultant/SME.
Participate in new client onboarding, including setup, kick-off, Coordinate QA and ongoing client management.
Manage day to day client questions/concerns, priority charts and post completion queries.
Host weekly check in calls with newly onboarded clients as well as ongoing progress update calls with clients throughout engagement.
Oversee client satisfaction, quality, and chart turnaround, ensuring timely and high-quality work across assigned clients.
Collaborate with offshore teams working on current client charts.
Coordinate and participate in monthly client live/retro QA reviews.
Qualifications:
US-Based.
Home Health RN.
Strong clinical background with experience in OASIS and Coding.
Active HCD-D and COS-C or HCS-O certifications.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and drive operational improvements.
Experience with client onboarding/client management, training, and operational oversight.
Leadership experience in managing both internal and external teams.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annual FTE base comp
